The land comprises three adjacent 4 stremma plots with direct access to tarmac roads.
- Plot A - nearest the road is 4,173. 03m2
Plot B - above and to the right when looking from the road is 4,003.90m2
Plot C - above and to the left when looking from the road is 4,011.06m2
A small road running across Plot A to allow legal access to plots B & C has been approved by The Greek Law Courts. The lower reaches are terraced with traditional local stone walls which are generally in good condition. The land has been split legally into three plots but not yet physically. Only the external boundaries of the whole, physically exist at present. The walls to the southern boundary are traditional random stone and generally in good condition. The walls to the east and west boundaries are similar. The upper reaches of the walls and the northern boundary are not in place. The boundaries between the plots are not visible on the land at present.
The land slopes up from the road and offers a 180° panoramic view to the North and the Aegean Sea. The views cannot be broken by new development as the land to the North is across the road, substantially lower, and a minimum of 35m away from your building line. All together there are 27 very well established olive trees and they are predominantly in Plot A. They were last farmed in 2007 and realised 130 litres of the finest olive oil.
Plot A has a 47.40m frontage to the road running between Pano Loumas and Skineas (identified in red in the above photo) . There is a 1m wide verge between the tarmac and the boundary wall and there is an agricultural water main in this verge with a communal meter point next to the land. There is an electrical service running between the villages and the nearest pole is 70m from the land across the road. Each plot will have a build right of just over 200m2.
The land is wholly owned by a married couple and it is currently broken up into three legally separate plots.
