Kefalas

In addition to our bespoke house building service, Lifestyle Homes has other development projects already underway. One of these projects we call Kefalas Heart.

Kefalas is a small, traditional village situated on the popular Apokoronas peninsular. It is 12 minutes’ drive from the lovely sandy beaches of Giorgiopolis and Almerida. We chose Kefalas for our development because we feel it offers everything to the investor and resident alike. It is close to all amenities but still offers a peaceful environment in which to live or holiday.

There are tavernas and kafenions in Kefalas in addition to a couple of supermarkets. The pretty village square is bordered by the church and the beautiful and recently renovated school building.

Kefalas Heart will have a total of six houses. Each property will have both sea and mountain views.

Every detail has been worked out in advance, from the views, house designs and floor plans to the building permits and construction methods. Marathi

On the Akrotiri Peninsulae, situated 300 metres directly above the beautiful Bays of Marathi, on a gently sloping plot. We will build three houses for discerning buyers. A gentle 500 metres walk from the houses leads to both the Bays. The ancient City of Chania is 15 kilometres away and the airport 6 kilometres.

Vamos Village

Vamos, the capital of Apokoronos district and previously of the Sfakia prefecture, is an exceptionally interesting village that the Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works has classed as traditional. There has been a recent request to class Vamos as a traditional protected village. It is more like a small town, very well preserved, with folk and neoclassical architectural elements as well as bank, post office, bakery, supermarkets, health centre, schools and several cafes and tavernas.

Inside the boundaries of this traditional village and just 5 minutes walk from all amenities, we are offering a rare opportunity to build your own home. The plot is in a secluded place , not overlooked, with stunning views to the Lefka Ori. The land in front slopes away so the view will not be lost.
